Nice day for it ... (2)
A quick half before work.
Oliver and Lou at school, Tess with her grandparents, we had some stuff to do in town this morning and decided to enjoy a bit of café life before heading back home.
I tried this funny new drink - totally transparent, no taste, just a few bubbles - strange stuff! I'll have what he's having next time.
This sunshine is marvellous though. And what a treat to be able to sit and talk with no small people wriggling on their chairs and spilling drinks all over. We even managed to finish our sentences without being interrupted!
Just wish he looked a little more thrilled by my conversation...
