The problem with banks nowadays is that people only go into them when they have a complex banking need.
Take this scene, for example. The lady on the left was blind, deaf and in a wheelchair, and seemed more interested in talking about the party she was at this morning than conducting her business. Meanwhile, the foreign couple on the right were clearly trying to pull a fast one on some money transfer, wasting the teller's time for what I'm sure was no financial gain the branch.
I don't think the agitated chap in the middle knew whether to laugh or cry.
