Mad dogs and Englishmen

I was really pleased with yesterday's photo, but it was the result of quite a lot of thought, planning, fiddling with the off camera flash, trial and error and a lot of luck.

I find it hard coming up with a good photo every day, so today I haven't bothered! After all, blip is just as much about recording what's happening in your life as coming up with great photos.

This is me half way through running 12 x 400m whilst Ben plays cricket next door at the ICC Global Cricket Academy. The temperature is somewhere around 40 degrees and I am very, very, hot!
