Opening Day for the Waitrose in Newton Mearns

Today the first purpose built Waitrose in the south of Glasgow opened.

Glasgow has already experienced Waitrose with the takeover of an previous Safeway (then Morrisons) store in Byres Road in the West End, but I think this is the first new build store.
