Thursday 12 May 2011: So much choice today...
... all food based tho!
There was the rhubarb & ginger brulee, strawberry pavlova, Jo being camera shy (not food based, but she does eat alot) & sausage & mash!
I finally settled on Maries rhubarb & custard muffins.
I had made a deal with Mum, if she didn't buy the Kitkats I'd make her a batch of these scrummy muffins, they're her favourites!
These are fluffy muffins with fresh rhubarb and a dollop of think custard in the middle, then topped with crunchy demarara sugar.
They look good but taste even better x
