I expect this has been blipped already but if it has, I missed it.

A new Banksy appeared on Essex Rd in Islington early last week. Cue satellite trucks, news reporters, photographers, general ooohing and ahhhing etc.

Quick as a flash the owner of the chemist had it covered in perspex and was saying how he would really quite like to keep it. I expect he's also opened a new account on Ebay!
