Saturday 7 May 2011: Celebration
It was my Mum's 60th birthday on Sunday so I made a cake filled with strawberries and raspberries with fresh cream. I need to find time to practice my decorating skills...I had huge problems trying to get the icing thin but not break as I put it on the cake.
