Day 4 of my Whisky making adventure at The Glenrothes
Today, the culmination of the week. We'd delved into all (most?!) of the processes involved to make whisky. Ronnie, the Brand Ambassador taught us how to taste the whisky to identify all the flavours. We then chose our favourite of three whiskies from a single cask. The tricky bit was not to spill any when filling the bottle (engraved with our initials!)
We've been filmed all week by Ben who you can see in the picture. He did such a good job and felt as if he were on holiday rather than working!
