Friday 13 May 2011: A vintage whisky week
What an astonishing week discovering how to make whisky at the Glenrothes distillery. This evening, we had supper with Charles Maclean - Scotland's leading whisky expert. Not before we were surprised by Silvio at the Vaults in Edinburgh who presented us with an array of whiskies for us to taste dating back to the 1960s!

My head is buzzing with whisky facts, but back to the real world now.
