Sunday 15 May 2011: A whisky with my name on it
Last week was quite extraordinary. I won a competition to be a whisky maker for the week. This bottle is literally one I made earlier. After learning all about how to make the whisky, I was able to taste and choose one to be put into my personalised bottle.
