Though I've investigated the nearby areas a fair bit over the past year I still haven't found a source of decent falafel wraps to supplant Palmyra in Newington, though any take-away retrieved by a five-mile round trip is inherently at least slightly healthier than one sourced more locally. Their sauce has become noticeably more bitey since the last time, which is hopefully a permanent change rather than a one-off.
