Flash Steak

We went for a nice meal at Jamie's Italian tonight and I knew before looking at the menu that I would have the Flash Steak, although it is now called the Feather Steak.

Jamie went for the same and when it arrived we were quite pleased with our choice. The waitress was quite amused when she told us later on that every table around us also ordered the Feather Steak after they saw ours arriving...we should have gotten some sort of discount really!! ;)
