Sunday 15 May 2011: Chariots

A rare family day were neither Mrs B nor I were working, so we all went to the beach.

And came across the Chariots of Fire race.

Hundreds (I don't know how many, but lots) of white clad competitors ran along the beach and back in a re-enactment of the film's most famous scene.

Had that Vangelis stuck in my head for the rest of the day...

Then nice lunch out, lawn mowing, nice dinner, and bed. Sunday like it should be.
