Wednesday 18 May 2011: Mince
My turn on the pots and pans tonight so none of your fancy Delia/Jamie/Hairy Biker nonsense, just a big steaming plate of protein and carbs.
Not sure why I ever bother cooking everything in separate pots either, 'cause as soon as it's dished up this lot mash it all up together, some with broon sauce**, some without, then proceed to use their fork to mould it all into a giant mince, tattie, onion, pea and carrot cake that's sliced up and eaten in small cube-like chunks. Or maybe that's just me.
