Thursday 19 May 2011: now, outside
Although he's stopped having a temperature and being sick he still had a slightly less smoothly-running night than we've allowed ourselves to become accustomed to over the past couple of months. Fortunately enough tidying-stuff could be done in the morning to allow him to be taken to meet his grandparents off the train (aided by few delays at various points along the train's journey) before popping for a cake, a trundle to drop off their luggage and thence into town to buy some shoes. Surprisingly, his are smaller than mine were at this age, despite my lower birthweight and presumed concomitant lesser year-mass. Same shoe-relative width, though.
