Friday 20 May 2011: 2 falls and a pin down
spotted these two wrestling.
it looks like the guy on top is the stonger one as they were like this for ages!
im pretty sure that after the count of three or if one of them submits then they should split and return to there corners, but maybe these two were just practicing..
I think were having a break from the caravan this weekend as the weather forecast is for rain.
so you never know i might get a chance to have a shot of wrestling as well..
I wish you all a fruitfull weekend...
anyone know how to get out of a half nelson?
