Mr Blue Sky

You see, this is what blip does to you. You're standing at the bus stop on a sunny, windy day and rather than reading a newspaper, or a paperback, you get your camera out and start looking at clouds as they scud by overhead. (Is it only clouds that scud? Well, clouds and the missiles used in the Gulf War..) Anyway, looking at the clouds I saw this guy looking back and had to take his picture for my blip of the day. I see a medieval merchant, with a hat, possibly with a feather...
