Friday 20 May 2011: Moor Magic Hour

I haven't had much chance for an extended walk on the moor recently, but at least the longer days mean I can pop out after the kids have gone to sleep, which happily is when the light is at its best.

The grasses and sedges are coming back into their own, and with a bit of a breeze the moor is a very fluid place.

You may recognise the birch tree in the background from previous blips.
