Saturday 21 May 2011: Beacon Street
Went to Victoria today to buy a new lens for my camera. It is an 18-70 mm zoom which gives me a moderate wide angle to moderate telephoto. Basically the everyday workhorse.
Trying it out on my way home I stopped off in Sidney and wandered about a bit, had a good soup and beer at this establishment.
Tomorrow I will put it through its paces. Looks good so far.
