Monday 23 May 2011: Debating Chamber
I was in the Scottish Parliament today so took the opportunity for a quick picture of the debating chamber while it was empty.
Its a totally different design from the Westminster version where they sit opposite one another and is set up to be confrontational.
In the Scottish version they all sit side by side in a semi circle. The idea being that it would be less confrontational and the MSPs would all be really nice to each other. Now there's an idea that was never going to work!
