Saturday 21 May 2011: A Happy Day
Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Evans. A beautiful day in all senses. A marriage that was meant to be perhaps? Despite Steve having lived away from Suffolk for most of his life, and meeting Laura quite by chance, 45 years ago his parents had married in Framlingham church - this very church in fact - and the one Laura has attended all her life. Oh, and just to prove that I did manage to fit into the dress - all that running paid off! Mind you, I think the real prize for effort has to go Liz, my opposite number - she made it back all the way from New Zealand!
