Saturday 21 May 2011: Harbour Dock Reflection

Market day......bacon, bacon mince, apples, garlic, eggs, quick conversation with friends, cooking lesson, mother nudging .......

Coffee at a harbour side Cafe before walking Robbie around the quiet streets of the harbour precinct. Lovely to have some sun although a bit of a nip to the wind blowing off the southern oceans.

This particular image taken at the mooring site of the Monarch which does wildlife cruises on the harbour. A great way to see seals, myriad seabirds and more often than not a whale or two frolicking at the harbour mouth. We are most blessed here in Dunedin to have such a variety of wildlife right on our back doorstep.
