Monday 23 May 2011: Beijing Skippers
We were in Beijing for the day today. I need to get a new passport so I had to go to the Aussie Embassy. After that we walked and walked and walked and I got to take lots of pics.. THis was a fun pic I took of some kids learning to jump rope. There were three girls who had a guy teaching them and then two boys who had been watching for a little while joined in. The boy jumping here wasn't very good to start but it wasn't long before he got the hang of it.
This is one of his early efforts and I love the way they are all trying to encourage him. They were having a ton of fun as were the people watching.
