Afternoon river study

The weather forecast was correct and KS2 enjoyed a wonderful afternoon down by the local river.Many different surveys were carried out including" How much water does a size 4 wellie hold!!!!"The beautiful meadow was bathed in glorious sunshine and then the 3 staff and 21 children were entertained by watching the May Flies flutter about the field.Great fun was had by all.x
