Thursday 26 May 2011: Crazed Bus Driver!
Today was sunny by surprise then we had a downpour and then the sun peeked out again...weird but I'll certainly take it! I thank you all for the comments on the poppies of recent...guess I may have overdone them! So today it's something new...me poppin out! If you lookin in the mirror I'm sort of there---Today I tried to see how it would feel to do 90 min or aerobic exercise because they claim you need to do that now to lose weight--was not fun and I split it up into 3 times...plus a long walk with the dogs...enough exercise for the century ha ha:) Had to soak my feet a LONG time tonight:)
Good news...tomorrow it Friday and already Friday for many of you!!!
