Friday 27 May 2011: Scrambled, Fried, Poached or Fertilised?
How do you like your eggs in the morning?
Mum has come up from Launceston this morning and bought with her some eggs from her neighbour. They were laid yesterday so they are lovely and fresh. I love all the different colours of them. I also love the colour of the yolks, they are so vibrant. The free range eggs from the supermarkets dont compare in colour, they are so orange! Scrambled eggs are my eggs of choice.
Mum has requested a Chinese for dinner tonight and who am I to deny her! The house is full of lovely treats while she dog sits for us. Lots of lovely fruit, salads, fresh meats, quiche and of course, cakes!
We head to London with friends first thing tomorrow morning, cannot wait. We are going to see a show on the evening but first we are doing some shopping at Portobello Market....yay!! Should be a great weekend.
Back on Sunday night, I hope mum copes with all the dogs as she has brought her dog too. Will there be room in the bed for her!?!?
