Greg - The Founder of Stroud Brewery

Final photo shoot for the new Stroud Brewery website which we'll make live next week.

We decided we needed to update the people photos and I agreed to take the pics although I don't generally shoot portraits. However I'm pretty pleased with the results and think it's just a confidence issue - I'm not used to taking photos of things that talk back.

Here's a fairly formal picture of Greg Pilley the founder and main force behind the brewery. I like the intensity in his eyes, captures something of the determination needed to follow your dream and build a business around your passion for beer.

Here's a short video about the brewery that we're going to include on the new site - it's a couple of years old and there's a new film in the works but it's not ready yet - but this captures something of the spirit of the pioneering days. The new brewery due to go begin operation in July has 4 times the capacity of the one in the film and looks really high tech in comparison.
