View From The Chair

This is my side of the fireplace. Well, when I say "my", it's the side that's beside my chair.

Which is ironic, as all of the things in this Blip are Rebecca's. The vase contains shells that she picks up from each beach we visit. The fir cone is one she found in a forest we were lost in, in France. One of the tea light holders is from one year's German Market in Leeds. I bought it as a Christmas present for her after we'd spent a great lunchtime there.

I could go on, but you get the idea. The things are hers. The side of the fireplace is mine. But the memories are ours.
