I think I might be beginning to learn that doing something could lead to something good, rather than just doing nothing at all. Of course, today the mention of 'open bar' may have swayed my decision to go - just a shame the use of the phrase 'open bar' was extremely misleading.
Lots of pool, and a brilliant card game later, I was greeted by this text on my walk home - a nice end to a good evening :)
