Kinda Horrigans

Friday 27 May 2011: All Princesses...

455/365: ... should have groovy hair. Preferably with roses in it.

If they've been drawn by Maddy, that is.

Oh, and this is a backblipped blip. Have had a bit of a... dunno... frustration with my blipping. I've just not had time to comment and as a result just feel out of the loop of it. That in itself does funny things to your head. A lot of blipping is about community - and reciprocation. If you can't reciprocate then it's kinda crappy. For me it got me in a cycle of feeling like my photographs were rubbish and my writing was naff. And it made me feel really self conscious about it all so I decided to carry on taking my pics, but give myself a few days' space.

So, Friday - I didn't blip. And Saturday I didn't blip. And today (Sunday), I'm catching up.

I've also been quite ridiculously exhausted this past week - since the nightmare work trip to Greece and then working throughout last weekend. In bed by half past seven. Isn't that daft? Friday at work was pretty much as expected. I have a sneaking suspicion that changes afoot at work put my job at risk but I'm trying to put that to the back of my mind other than to vaguely start thinking about a plan B. You can't stress about the unknown though, can you?

Oh, and this photograph was the only shot all day and I snapped it before heading to bed as I knew that was my only chance for a photo. And another opportunity for Mummy-guilt as I disappeared off to bed whilst the children were in full drawing and chatting flow and I had no energy left to join in.

PS My photos might still be rubbish and my writing naff...
PPS ... but this blip will disappear into the ether and no-one will see it!
PPPS ... yay the power of the backblip! :o)
