Sunday 29 May 2011: Beaumaris Pier.....
Drove to Anglesey, 120miles today to get the pier that I missed when I was in the area earlier this year, I was a little disappointed to say the least, it was being renovated and there was builders stuff all over it.
We had lunch in a nice little pub and then a walk around, but it was packed, I think having Royals on the island is good for the economy.
I am having trouble with mobile BB so can't comment and it took 5 attempts and a complete shutdown to even get this image on. Might find a McD tomorrow.
I#m sorry we couldn't meet up with Grandmama again as we had friends with us all day, but perhaps later in the year we will be over again when this Pier is finished.
