Tuesday 31 May 2011: Bus stop
This is where I wait for the walking bus each morning - not a bad place for a bus stop!! A light breeze, spot of sunshine, interesting clouds, low tide and daisies :) Hectic day at work - minibeasts were the theme for the day and we included a bug hunt and then made bug homes. Great stuff - slugs proving to be most prolific.
Tonight we are going out for a quick drink as the tin Pub has opened. This is our local but it only opens from June to September so you have to make the most of it! It has the most amazing view from its gardens out across the bay.
The main talk today -a heatwave is being predicted!! We are all in shock as apparently Thursday to Saturday is going to be fine, sunny and warm!!! And it's our bank holiday weekend - can't last!
