Wednesday 1 June 2011: What a famous day....

....I caught a cab for the airport this morning and it was pleasantly surprised to find my driver was Gordon Hunter...what a genuinely nice chap he is.

Next, whilst we were having a pre-meet with a business partner in the Pret A Manger at Thomas More Square in London, I noticed The Clones Cyclone having lunch.

I chose not to blip either of them because I was saving my shot for lunchtime, when I was 34,000 feet above Birmingham, having a picnic and thinking about Oxfam.

Scout AGM tonight, did a presentation on Kandersteg, and the mums and dads seemed quite happy with plans. All good.

Home now to pull out my books for Uni and send a note round about the school BBQ.

Frick.....stop the world....
