A day off

Courtesy of Jesus, we have a public holiday, so a great way to get acquainted with the new guys in barrack 3 was to take a hike over Longyearbreen glacier. There's a large ice cave, which takes approximately three hours to get to the end of. Unfortunately due to a bit of poor planning and the fact we didn't even know what to expect, we ended up sharing three pairs of crampons between four people which made for an amusing epic in the cave. Saturdays plan is to return better equipped.
