Hot, hot, hot

I ran with Dubai Creek Striders for the first time this morning - about 15km in hot and sticky conditions. The only problem is that they start early, 6am, to avoid the main heat but it is still well over 30 degrees. Anyway, I still enjoyed it.

We then spent the morning on the beach until it got just too hot for us; it was somewhere around 45 degrees at lunch time with no breeze. Lucy helped me out with my blip. We've tried this idea before (see here) and it wasn't easy today because the light was so flat.
