Yesterday was spent relaxing. We planned on getting the boat trip around the lakes, but by the time we got there (after the palace, several cafes and far too many shops) we were too late! Duncan and I both bought some miniature paintings, as well as some other souvenirs. The night was spent watching Octopussy (which was filmed here) on the rooftop of a restaurant, although it was hampered slightly by the horns from the streets below and the fireworks from the Maharajah's returning party!
