Friday 3 June 2011: Drain Pipe Dreams
The hottest day of the year, without a doubt. I sat out at lunchtime on the grass with my little friend and soaked it up while I read. Later on, after a drop into Teuchters where it was too hot to stand outside (besides, I fancied a seat), it was down to the CD launch of the latest artist to grace Sandy Brechin's burgeoning roster. None other than Shandon's own Andy Mill. Son of the great F, a man who has subjected his kids to Ry Cooder and endless Hank Williams since they were in nappies. A lesson to us all, one way or another, ha.
And how good is the camera on my mobby? Aye, OK.
