Southern tip of Scatness Peninsula. Hog of the Ness in the foreground, with Horse Island beyond. Fantastic place to sit a watch seals.

We'd been to the south end of Shetland several times before realising what a magical place Scatness is - along with the seals we had lots of arctic terns, oystercatchers, lapwing and an arctic skua for company.
