Tuesday 7 June 2011: I've told you before.

This policeman was pretty angry and pointing the long finger of the law at the poor guy who was only trying to sell his fruit. Obviously, there'd already been a few terse words spoken.. Quite a crowd had gathered to look on too. This was the best angle I could get.
