Sadie

Sadie is a now very elderly rescue horse who is spending her last years contented and happy in our neighbour's field. She sometimes has trouble getting up after laying down and then John is mobilized to help get her upright. It requires more than one person as Sadie is a very large horse.

I love it if she comes close to the fence when I'm walking past with the dogs. She has a lovely and oh so gentle face as you can see.
