Tuesday 7 June 2011: Reproduction
This is a common weed whose name I do not know and it is the first time I have seen it's seeds about to be dispersed.
I had actual seen a large chickweed plant in amongst a vibrant tangle of carpet rose, Japanese quince and crabapple trees and went to tug it out and espied this wonderment. Took myriad images and as always it was the first image that did the most justice and thus the blip was chosen.
Did some very nice images at the Chinese gardens too but we have been there and done that.....
