Wednesday 8 June 2011: ninevitable
After a couple of days of intersections of rainfall and homeward-journeys I think I've done the right thing in moving onto these as it means I can concentrate more on idiotic driving rather than subtly adjusting the way I push down on the pedal to keep my foot in place, though I do miss the decisive feel of the shape of the pedal through the worn soles of the trainers I was wearing for precisely that reason. I don't think I've yet got them set up correctly, though, as after two weeks' use I've still not fallen over after being unable to clip out, nor experienced excruciating knee-pain, at least one of which seemed reportedly compulsory.
