Thursday 12 May 2011: UPGRADE

... so I upgraded to Snow Leopard and was assured by an Apple Genius it would not compromise other software on my Mac Book Pro.

WRONG!

As soon as I tried to ingest data - MP4 files - into the MacBook Pro from our Sony Professional SxS cards the whole entire system aborted and closed down ....

So I've been here most of the day and the issue has not been resolved ....

Not good!!
