Salsify seedhead

An allotment day, today.
It started really nicely; I had one of those lovely moments as I woke up...I thought for about 2 minutes that it was a Monday, then realised it was still the weekend :)))
I was feeling a bit fuzzy-headed (thanks Parsfan!)
We planted up some courgettes and squash, harvested some salad leaves and purple-podded peas. Saw the Clan Fish and had a laugh as usual with neighbours Eric and Isabel.
This salsify will now seed everywhere, but that's fine; it's how we decide where things go.
