Inter - School Rugby Exchange

This is our yearly school rugby fixture. It has been a strange day with schools closed due to the earthquake, and at home we spent half the day pulling out all the remaining things that we could save from our house. It was a bit nerve wracking as it is "red stickered" which means it is unstable and unsafe, but we felt the need to save as much future expense possible weighed up well against the risk of immediate collapse. There were no after shocks while we were in there which was fantastic, as there have been some decent ones since.
The rest of the afternoon was spent at the annual clash which was not cancelled as this school has lovely undamaged grounds, unlike our own school.
It is a tiring and head achy type of a day but the boys won 45 nil so they were happy. An early night tonight hopefully as last night was full of rolling and shaking and not much sleep.
