Tuesday 25 March 2008: better out than in
Luckily anyone walking eastwards along this alley who could be in danger of being attacked by the lurking kegs must have first walked westwards along it to reach yonder western end whereupon they would have seen the barrels whose actions they could then anticipate upon their return journey. Unless they snuck in through the medical school corridor at the other end where the building work raises the potential of passage. Quite often there's a bunch of jakeys hanging around Middle Meadow Walk just a bit northwards of the point at which a line drawn along this alley would intersect with the larger path. Maybe they're plotting to sneak in and get the barrels if they're full. Maybe they're the reason the barrels are empty. They weren't there when I went past a few minutes after taking this. Hmmm. All very suspicious.
