Jeff Greene's Daily Photo

Rose

I was experimenting this evening in an attempt to "paint" with light using a hand-held Canon Speedlite in Multi mode (stroboscopic) to illuminate a vase full of roses.

Although the technique worked, it really didn't provide the cool and unique look I was hoping for and it simply looked like I lit the roses in a studio. I was applying the light too evenly and will attempt it again with some different settings.

Since the images were fairly plain (ie: boring), I Blipped this macro shot instead.
