Kinda Horrigans

Wednesday 15 June 2011: We're running...

474/365: ... not jogging.

No siree.

Nobody jogs anymore. Why would you? Running is so much faster. And braver. And cooler.

'What're you doing tonight?'
'Going for a run'
'Cool'
'Yeah, cool'

Cool. *chuckle*

Rubbishy photo taken on a walk this evening. Blipped another shot earlier - but it was total pants, so I deleted it and started over!

Which was a bit like what happened with my day yesterday and a fresh start was needed this morning. However, today was headachy again, but nothing like yesterday (which ended up being a backblip because I had to go to bed as soon as I'd got home). This was just the normal tail-end of a migraine stuff. Migraines are hideous though. It feels like searing hot electrical currents of pain pulsing across your brain. Dizziness. Nausea. Loss of vision. Just awful. And the way it spills across a couple of days is hateful.

However, today was survived. Yet another bijou can of worms got opened and needs to be dealt with. Sooner rather than later. But you gotta love a challenge, right? And, despite the fact that things are more complicated than a complicated thing, it's still not head-crushingly stressful like my previous job. Yup. Still glad I left. Don't know where the future's headed, but glad the past is passed.

PS Even managed a walk after work today
PPS I know!!! Fresh air and space! And grumpy kids. Well... kid. Maddy managed to get so grumpy that she ended up dragging her bike by the handlebar down a hill rather than ride it. Which made me laugh. Lots.
PPPS I am a bad mummy. :o)
