Soreen and Paula

Soreen and his younger sister Paula live near Caransebes, Romania and take care of the cows in the pastures which I was biking through on the way to Drobeta Turuna Severin. Soreen spoke a little German and told me that he had worked in Frankfurt. Paula could only speak Romanian. She had a very kind face. I had no present for Paula so I could only offer her an energy bar which she gladly accepted. Her brother told her how to say "thank you" in German. She said "Danke"with a bit shy face.
