Sunday 19 June 2011: Crail Food Festival - Harbour Event 2011
Waking to find a beautiful morning in Crail was such a bonus after dire weather forecasts for the 'Big Day' all week.
We've been working hard to promote and support a local food festival in Crail, Fife where we have our holiday home.
Since last September, we've been getting the word out via Facebook and Twitter, and backed up the campaign with a leaflet drop and poster campaign as well as telling everyone we met for months on end.
Today, it all happened. The sun shone, the stalls went like a fair and everyone seemed to be really happy to be here - although sometimes had to queue for an hour for food as we just had so many people here.
We know that they enjoyed their day in Crail, and will remember to come back and visit more often.
